Studio Use Waiver of Liability
Studio user assumes the risk of loss, damage or destruction of any and all equipment, supplies, artworks, or other properties in the studio space. Studio user shall be responsible for any personal injury or property damage to resident or third party arising out of or in connection with Studio user's use of Studio Space. Studio user agree to make no claim against, and to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Space Arlington, GlenDeer Holdings, Inc., GlenDeer Commercial, LLC, their officers, directors, and employees from any claim by studio user or any third party for personal injury or property damage arising out of or in connection with Studio user uses of the studio space.
For the security and safety of studio users, Studio Space Arlington has security cameras with both audio and video monitoring and recording installed in key areas of the building, including but not limited too, the entrance and the main shooting room. your use of the studio is considered acceptance and consent for audio and video monitoring and recording for security purposes.
Studio user and persons invited by user shall, at all time, comply with all Federal, State, and local statutes, regulations ordinances and other laws and SSA rules and policy while in the Studio Space, and to cover Studio user's potential liability for personal injury or property damage under term of lease and during use of studio. This agreement is in force for current and all future uses until both parties agree to change in writing.

Covid-19 Addendum
HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
The virus that causes COVID-19 can be spread to others by infected persons who have few or no symptoms. Because of the hidden nature of this threat, it is the policy of this business to require the following:
By entering the studio or scheduling time you agree to obey to all Health and Safety requirements mandated for Arlington Texas, by the city, Tarrant county, State of Texas, and U.S. Federal government currently in effect at the time of your studio usage whether specifically called out in this document or not.
You are also responsible for you clients and guests compliance with all terms of this policy and agree to take full responsibility for the actions of yourself and your guests in complying with current regulations. Further, you accept all responsibility for any legal issues and fines resulting from noncompliance with this policy by you or your guest/clients. You recognize that Covid-19 and other communicable diseases are a risk with any gathering of people and will not hold this studio responsible for any communicable illnesses you or your clients may contract. You also agree to release, waive and forever discharge any and all liability, claims and demands of whatever kind of nature against this studio its directors, employees, officers, and agents, either in law or in equity to the fullest extent permissible by law in connection with any activity involving the studio and on behalf of your clients and guests.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please consider that we reserve the studio facility to only one client at a time. Once we reserve specific studio time for you, we have to turn down other clients that might need that time. When the reservation has been complete (i.e. we email or text you the reservation confirmation), it is then considered non-refundable.
Reschedule: Please give us the written notice (e-mail) at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session date. If the 2nd appointment time that was made is cancelled for any reason, Studio Space Arlington reserves the right to not make any further appointments and the client will loose the payment made.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before the session time, or do not appear for the session, Studio Space Arlington reserves the right to not make any further appointments and the full payment is forfeited. You must pay a new Booking Fee in order to re-schedule a new session date/time.
