The minimum rental period for our studio is one hour. However, we recommend at least 2 hours. This allows you ample time to set up, shoot, and wrap up your session without feeling rushed.

Yes, you can book studio time by the hour and pay only for what you need.

→ Under “Payment for … Hour Studio Usage License,” click the drop-down menu.

→ Select “Pay Now.” (Your screen may default to another option, so please make sure it’s set to Pay Now.)

If you plan to use the studio more often, you can also choose “Buy Package & Save” to get discounted rates on multiple hours. Packages are a great option for photographers, content creators, and marketing teams who book the studio regularly.

Yes. You can book same-day studio time as long as your preferred time slot is still available on our online calendar: https://www.studioarlington.com/book-online.

1. Log into your account first. This is important so the system can detect your package credits.

2. Click the red “Book Studio Time” button and proceed with the booking as you normally would.

3. When you reach the Booking Form, look at the Payment Details section on the right side.

4. If you have available credits, your plan (for example, “5 × 2Hr-Session (10 Hrs total)”) will appear there, and the credit will be used for your booking.

If you don’t see your plan listed, open the payment dropdown menu and select your package under “Use my plan.”

If the plan still doesn’t appear, please make sure you’re logged into the account that purchased the package.

Our studio is suitable for a wide range of photo and video sessions, including portraits, headshots, family sessions, branding photography, product shoots, catalog sessions, maternity sessions, newborn sessions, content creation, casting sessions, fashion videos, music videos, and other video productions.

• Pay Now: Choose this option if you’re booking a single session. You can complete your reservation by paying with a credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other available payment methods.

• Buy a Plan: Choose this if you want to purchase a discounted studio package. If you already bought a package, you can use your available session credits here. You can also buy a new package directly from this menu and apply it to your booking.
